Focus On:
El Paso, TX
Located on the US-Mexico border, at the intersection of Texas and New Mexico, El Paso is one of the largest border towns in the country with over half a million residents. It's location and population are the key to its unique culture, as well as its plethora of activities.

This multicultural community enjoys attractions in the city such as the Spanish-Colonial Mission Socorro, Mission Yselta (the oldest continuously used church in the country), The Chihuahuan Desert Gardens, the El Paso Opera, and El Paso Playhouse Theater. And with El Paso just steps from the border, you can also go across the border to check out historic Juarez, Old Mexico.

Local families enjoy the El Paso Zoo, Western Playland Amusement Park, and Wet 'n' Wild Waterworld. Sports are also popular, with mountain biking trails, a BMX racetrack, and rodeo venue in the city, which also hosts the annual Sun Bowl college football.

Students in El Paso have a unique opportunity to enjoy the attractions and culture of two countries, and will find plenty to enjoy in both.
