That's right, folks. He has a roommate, a cafeteria card, and is a member of the marching band. The explosion of TV reality has come to Lincoln, Nebraska in the new series "Tommy Lee Goes to College." Promotional clips show the controversial rocker having trouble in business administration classes and even receiving help from a buxom medical student at the university. College counselors have said that the show has caused a degree of excitement in the high school ranks for attending Nebraska.
Business Administration with Tommy Lee: School Daze
- Controversy. Lee's presence on the school campus has already caused a stir with women's groups who protest his past arrest for domestic violence against actress Pamela Anderson.
- Concern. Despite the fact that many university officials were concerned about the image of the university, initial reports say that Nebraska is shown in a favorable light throughout the filming.
- The Filming. Lee was on campus for about a month last fall to film the program, which was endorsed by UNL officials as a way to possibly increase enrollment.
Can you imagine sitting down in your first business administration class and seeing Tommy Lee seated next to you? The memories of earning a college degree in Lincoln, Nebraska would certainly be exciting. The fact is that there are several strong business administration schools in Lincoln. Although they might not have a famous person in them, you will get a quality education nonetheless.
